Concerning our rates, they vary throughout the year as mentioned in the below table.
All rates include cleaning, bedsheets and towels as well as rental charges (mainly water, electricity, heating).

Pentecost, Ascension and Labour Day holidays are part of the High Season.
For Christmas and New Year, the rate for 2 nights is the same as 1 week in High Season.

Once your booking request is done, we’ll confirm the availability. We will send you the rent contract and will ask you to make a down payment of 200 EUR to block your booking, as well as a deposit of 250 EUR. This deposit will be refunded to you at the latest 8 calendar days after your departure, and is intended to cover any possible damage you might have caused during your stay (naturally if the damage’s total cost is above the deposit amount, a greater compensation shall be required).
The leftover balance should be paid 15 calendar days before your check-in, ensuring you forget about all the practical details once you’ve arrived.
All amounts are meant VAT included and in EUR. They shall be made through bank transfer.
