Availability, rates, and amenities for your perfect stay

You can check our availabilities on the calendar at the bottom of the page. Dates in orange and blue are already booked by other customers. Dates in grey are available.

Rates:

We charge 500 EUR / night, with a minimum of 2 nights.
From 3 nights onwards, the daily rate becomes degressive. Please contact us by mail to obtain a price specifically adapted to your stay.

Our prices are all-in, and include 6 % VAT, cleaning, rental of sheets and towels, rental charges (water, electricity, heating), tourist taxes, access to the pool*, parking, Wi-Fi, barbecue.

*The swimming pool is an outdoor heated pool, which will be accessible when the season allows it (at best from mid-April to September) and according to our conditions of use.

For Christmas/New Year’s reservations, please contact us and we will give you a tailor-made price, depending on the length of your stay.

Payment terms:
Once your booking request is done, we’ll confirm the availability. We will send you the rent contract and will ask you to make a down payment of 250 EUR to block your booking, as well as a deposit of 250 EUR. This deposit will be refunded to you at the latest 8 calendar days after your departure, and is intended to cover any possible damage you might have caused during your stay (naturally if the damage’s total cost is above the deposit amount, a greater compensation shall be required).
The leftover balance should be paid 15 calendar days before your check-in, ensuring you forget about all the financial details once you’ve arrived.
All amounts are meant VAT included (6 %) and in EUR. They shall be made through bank transfer.

• 1 dining room with a large table

• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a private shower

Upstairs:

• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom
• 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and a private bathroom and toilet
• 1 bedroom with 6 single beds
• 1 toilet
• 1 bathroom
• 1 relaxing area (books, board games)
